  • Secure Checkout: When you click Book Now or Get Tickets, you will be redirected to our partner’s official website to complete your purchase safely.

  • Instant Confirmation: Most bookings provide instant confirmation via email from our partner’s system.

When to Contact Minerave Support

Since the booking and payment happen on our partner’s website, they will handle:

  • Order changes or cancellations

  • Refund requests

  • Ticket delivery issues

  • Event or activity-related questions after purchase

    • Activity/event name

    • Booking reference number (if available)

    • Detailed description of your question or issue

  4. Submit & Wait for Our Reply:

    Our team will respond within 24–48 business hours to guide you on the next steps or connect you with the right partner support.

  • Please check your spam/junk folder first. If you still can’t find it, contact the partner directly using the information in your booking confirmation page. If you need help finding that, submit a ticket to us.

  • Cancellation and rescheduling policies are determined by our partners and vary per booking. Please check the terms on the partner’s website or in your confirmation email.

  • We only work with trusted, reputable partners that meet strict quality and security standards.

  • No. All pricing is set by our partners. You pay the same amount as you would if you booked directly with them.
