Does Minerave handle my booking directly?
Minerave helps you compare and access selected travel tools, but many bookings are completed through external partners. This means confirmations, payments, cancellations, refunds, and booking changes are usually handled by the provider shown during checkout.
Where can I find my booking confirmation?
Your confirmation is usually sent by the booking provider directly to the email address used during checkout. Please check your inbox, spam folder, and the provider account if you created one.
Can Minerave help me change or cancel a booking?
Minerave can help you understand where to go next, but changes and cancellations usually need to be managed directly through the provider that processed your booking.

To get the fastest help, it’s important to know who manages your booking. Hotel, flight, insurance, and entertainment bookings are handled by the provider listed in your confirmation email. Payments, refunds, cancellations, and account issues must be managed directly with that provider.
