All reservations, payments, confirmations, and customer support for bookings are handled by Nuitee and their hotel partners. Our role is to provide you with an easy, fast, and secure way to book hotels worldwide under the Minerave brand.

Browse hotel options powered by Nuitee’s global inventory..

Once you confirm your booking on hotel.minerave.co, your reservation is processed by Nuitee using secure payment systems.

4. Receive Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email directly from the booking provider (via Nuitee).

5. Need Help?
Minerave handles general support, while booking-related support is managed by the provider listed in your confirmation.

If you’ve already booked a hotel, please contact the support team listed in your booking confirmation email.
This is the official provider responsible for:
Changing or cancelling your reservation
Payment or refund questions
Room requests (early check-in, breakfast, etc.)
