This page explains our role, how affiliate based booking work, and what to expect when using out platform.

Our Role as an Affiliate Platform

Minerave is a travel discovery and referral platform, We connect you to third-party providers offering services such as:

  • Car, boat, bike, motorcycle & quad rentals

  • Hotels, hostels, and accommodations

  • Flight and airline tickets

  • Travel experiences & entertainment packages

We do not directly own or operate these service. When you make a booking, you are entering into an agreement with the provider - not with Minerave

What to Expect When Booking

Each travel service is subject to the partner`s terms and conditions, including:

  • Booking confirmation and payment processing

  • Cancellation and refund policies

  • Travel restrictions or requirements

  • Age, license, or ID verification

  • Insurance, liability, and safety coverage

We strive to present accurate information and will always link to the providers terms whenever possible.

Payments, Refunds & Cancellations

Minerave does not process booking or payments directly.

  • All payments are handled by the partner you book through

  • Refunds and cancellations must be requested directly from the provider.

  • We’re happy to assist with guidance or help contact support if needed.

What We Can Help With

You can contact Minerave for help with:

  • Finding the right service or comparing options

  • Questions before you book

  • Troubleshooting issues with a partner

  • Redirecting you to the right support team

What we cannot do:

  • Access your booking details from a third-party provider

  • Modify or cancel booking on your behalf

  • Issue refunds or change terms set by the provider

Privacy & Data Handling

We take privacy seriously. Minerave does not collect or store sensitive payment information from booking made through partner sites.
