Does Minerave handle my booking directly?
Usually, no. Minerave helps you compare and access selected booking partners. If you complete a booking through a partner, the provider usually handles the booking, payment, confirmation, changes, cancellations, refunds, and terms.
Where can I find my booking confirmation?
Your confirmation should be sent by the provider you booked with. Check your inbox, spam or junk folder, and the email address used at checkout. Your confirmation usually includes the provider name, booking reference, and support contact.
Can Minerave change or cancel my booking?
Minerave usually cannot change, cancel, refund, or edit bookings made through external providers. For confirmed bookings, contact the provider shown on your confirmation email.
Who should I contact for a refund?
Refund requests are normally handled by the booking provider, airline, hotel platform, rental company, activity provider, or other partner that processed your booking and payment.
What should I check before booking?
Before confirming, check your dates, passenger or guest names, destination, provider, total price, cancellation terms, baggage rules, pickup details, documents, and confirmation email details.
What if I booked through a partner website?
If your booking was completed on a partner website, that provider usually manages the reservation and support process. Minerave can help you understand the next step, but the provider normally handles direct booking changes.
Can I still ask Minerave for help?
Yes. Contact Minerave if you are not sure where to go, which provider handles your request, or what details to check. For faster help, include your provider name, booking type, destination, travel dates, and a short explanation of the issue.
Is Minerave Book the same as Services or Protection?
No. Minerave Book focuses on booking tools such as flights, stays, rentals, boats, and activities. Services covers travel extras such as eSIMs, transfers, luggage storage, and entertainment. Protection focuses on insurance, delay help, and unexpected travel issues.

Partner bookings and provider support
Many tools inside Minerave Book connect to selected booking partners. This means your booking may be completed outside Minerave, even if you started from a Minerave page. When you complete a booking through a flight provider, hotel platform, rental company, activity provider, or another external partner, that provider usually handles the booking directly.
This can include: Payment confirmation, Booking confirmation, Tickets or vouchers, Changes or cancellations, Refunds, Provider terms, Service delivery
