Who handles my service booking?
If your service was completed through a partner, that provider usually handles the booking, payment, confirmation, cancellation, refund, and service conditions. Minerave can help you understand the next step.
Where is my confirmation email?
Check the inbox connected to your booking, including spam, junk, promotions, and the email linked to your payment method. Some providers send confirmation emails separately from payment receipts.
